I am a Mind-Body Integration practitioner based in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Over the years, I have come to understand that we often mistake more thinking for more progress.
The harder we try to think our way through pain, uncertainty, or change, the more complicated everything can become and the further we drift from our own direct experience.
I believe meaningful change comes not from adding more, but from creating enough space to notice what is already there and developing a different relationship with ourselves.
This philosophy shapes the way I work. Rather than trying to force change, I help create the conditions where insight, regulation, and genuine transformation can emerge naturally.
